A beautiful bathroom transformation! complete demo, closing the existing window, all copper piping replaced to PEX, relocating toilet and vanity, new electrical, new subfloor with mold resistant drywall, new paint, flooring & trim along with new fixtures and doors to give this family a great new bathroom! Our team completed this project in Saint John within a 2 week span and are more than happy with the outcome! Now to finish our 2 bedroom apartment in Saint John and continue with the scheduled Moncton projects next month!!

Some progress on this bedroom & bathroom project we are working on in Moncton!
One of our most recent projects in the works while we step away from Saint John for the next few weeks, this project is a kitchen gut. New drywall around the kitchen area and all new ceilings. Replacing an existing beam and post with fresh lumber and cladding with the clients choice of stain along with matching floating shelves. New cabinetry and countertops along with new floors!
An update on our Saint John project, here is some progress on the staircase we had to do up to meet local building codes which included installing a load bearing beam & wall to support the upper unit. Removing and installing a new wall in the upper unit to gain proper head clearance for our staircase, followed by cutting out the upper floor to support on the load bearing beam & walls, re-framing the landings using winder steps to utilize limited space and framing our new stringers and stairs into place! With all of our framing inspections completed and the final plumbing and electrical inspections being done within the next week we will be on the way to the finish line with hanging & finishing all the drywall, followed by the finish work & this project will be one for the books!
